Canning Class Series
Come learn how to can seasonal recipes through the fresh produce season with the WSU Master Food Preserver, Diana Knoll, and take your jar of goodies home with you!
Only $15 per person per class. Spots are limited for each class!
Class dates and recipes are as follows:
8/1 – Blueberry Jam
8/8 – Peach Salsa – FULL
8/29 – Zucchini Bread Jam (replaced Tomato Spiced Jam)
9/19 – Tomato Salsa – FULL
10/24 – Mustard – FULL
To register for a spot (ages 12 and up), email contact@redmountainkitchen.com or call/text 509-430-1438 and let us know what class you wish to attend. We will send an email invoice for your registration fee.
Please let us know if you’re interested in a potential Tomato Salsa or Mustard class. We have a short waiting list and are considering dates/times.
